Administration
is a fairly broad social science which aims to study the resources within a
company and its management optimization. The resources of a company are
basically two: material goods, including goods and means of economic production
and human resources, which are the people who work and have knowledge on how to
develop a job.
Proper management is essential in any
business, this ensures a good yield attractive profits. Conversely, if there is
mismanagement, the company can start producing poor quality products, have
mismanagement of money and eventually go broke in no time. Management is a
full-time work.
